Our cattle are raised on pastures then fed free choice hay and a corn based ration at finish which we grow on our farm. No added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.

Genetics

We are dedicated to continuously improving the genetics of our herd in order to raise the highest quality beef. We are consistently adding registered cattle to our herd so we can control the traits that mean the most to us.

Dry Aged and Inspected

Our meat is processed at a USDA Inspected facility ensuring the best quality for our customers. Our beef is dry aged approximately 14 days to enhance tenderness and deepen flavor.
