We want to make your bulk beef buying experience as simple as possible.... so here is how it all works:

We work hard to make it super simple to get your beef!

Step 1: Choose the month you'd like to pickup your meat from the processor and place a small deposit on your choice of a Quarter, Half, or Whole beef. Order here:

Step 2: When the month of your processing date comes, we will call you to let you know the animal has been dropped off at the processor. At that point, we will have the hanging weight and give you the exact total due for the beef portion. We will send you an invoice for the cost of the meat which can be paid to JT Cattle via Check, Venmo or Quickbooks Online.

Step 3: Call the processor (Rich's Meats-Port William, OH-937-486-1486) and tell them how you would like your beef cut. There is an example of a cut sheet below. Any questions you have on cuts, they will be happy to answer! They will let the beef hang for around 14 days before cutting.

Step 4: Your beef is ready for pickup! Rich's Meats will call you and let you know your meat is ready. At that point you can schedule a time to pick up your meat from them and pay for the processing portion.
